Texas Is... ~Amateur Video Contest 1st Place winner.





Kaylee Holloway, first-place winner of the Texas Department of Agriculture's "Texas Is.." amateur video contest, shares what Texas means to her. Kaylee is from Guthrie, TX.

TDA invited Texans to share the experience of the Lone Star State through video clips promoting the unique character of our great state.
