~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've been busy and on the sidelines over the past few months watching the development of the "Occupy" movements across the country and here in the State.   I have my own opinion of the movement... however....
Crowds have moved in and taken a stand on what they believe in, sometimes facing arrest for actions they take.
After seeing the developments of the Occupy Oakland situation overnight, it's time to post up some information and a discussion platform so this type of violence doesn't descend onto the gatherings in our great State.  Random attacks on police, shutting down and vandalizing/destroying businesses is NOT the way this movement should go.  Protesting and Rioting/Looting/Arson are NOT the same things... Get a grip people!! Don't let your movement get hijacked by the anarchists that look to bring this violent element into what can be a peaceful protest, getting your word out AND eventually making the necessary changes at the ballot box.
There are many issues to be addressed in this country, figure out what you stand for and make a change in a peaceful, American way.  Violence is not the route to go... If we start feeding on each other, there won't be anyone left standing when the positive changes take place.  It's time to focus on where we're headed as a Nation and as a State.  Pick your cause, put it down in writing...yea, pick up a pen and write down what you REALLY believe, and make a path to real change.  Peacefully.
You watch the news, read the headlines and it's all gloom and doom.  Make a positive difference with the movement you guys/gals have started.  In the long run, it will serve everyone's purpose to unite as a country once again.  Our "leaders" are not doing it, saying it or living it... we need to.  Clear your head and pick up that pen and piece of paper.... Who Are YOU?  What Do YOU stand for?  What is YOUR cause?  How are YOU going to make a difference?  Peacefully and Focused, the right way.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
About me... I'm a fifty year old Conservative Texan with two kids proudly serving our Country.
I believe in both the United States and The Great State of Texas, the US AND Texas Constitutions and the Bill of Rights.  Life/Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, Fair Capitalism.... and a secure and fair Nation for all.
We can do this people, just do it right.

  1. I caught a Land Grab by a game of Covet Means, In Texas Statewide, and turned it in to the FBI yet once again. It involves the Gov. Rick Perry; Texas Attny Gen. Greg Abbott; and the ISD BOARDS & TAX ASS.OFFICE'S Statewide.

    They are using TEXAS STATE CODE 31.4.154 and the Closed door Act 551.072 to hide it from the public which is the 'third party' and this is illegal. Look on the websites marked as 'City of' in your area under "Minutes of Meetings" for the Closed Door Act 551., look at the School ISD Board meetings, and the School Land Board in Austin; it is backed very high up;, it is all over Texas.

    They have actually removed 31.4.154 when I reported its use. You cant see that code online now. They are running a game through the ISD BOARDS & the TAX ASSESSORS (both are Corporations If you do not know the legal status of all cap's) To the GENERAL LAND OFFICE and under that branch the SCHOOL LAND BOARD, the VETERANS LAND BOARD, through multiple accounts/ledgers. I've found hundreds of thousands of acres statewide seized by altering records and placing the properties into default in co-operation with certain banks. The land defaults to the corporation 'STATE OF TEXAS' which strips the mineral Rights and sells them to the oil companies on huge acreages. Three accts. under SLB total 35 Billion dollars; 4 B.; & 11 B. Then they give 'incentives' of any where from 50 million to 100+ million to the same multiple oil corps (far more than the schools get); while at the same time those same companies are listed as 'investors' and receive dividend payments as well, in those Corporations, GLO, SLB, VLB; Meanwhile they are now seizing land in huge acre's by deliberately creating a 'debt' on the books, placing the people into default.

    This is aided by the TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE refusing to enforce statutes for predatory lending which allows no remedy for the people of Texas to file suit against banks like NEW YORK MELLON. The paper trail on Greg Abbott leads directly to the SEC as he tries to force codes through to allow certain known harmful drilling to be put through; certain BOARD Rights to be put through giving more control to their Corporations; and the aiding in the removal of TEXAS CODE 31.4.154 from Public View.

    I don't know what to do when the proof, letters; deeds with names; minutes being altered; has all been turned into MULTIPLE Agency's all the way up the line and no one is arrested because it goes so high up.

    I can only continue to warn people when I find a place to do so; and continuously repeat that the documentation is turned into multiple law enforcement agencies INCLUDING every single FBI agency in the State of Texas. Hundreds of thousands of homestead have been seized, moved off the ledgers as seized property, put together as large acreages and sold or leased at the profit of these corporations and the loss of American homesteads via the alteration of deeds and records.
