In order to be considered for airplay, you should be able to make your works available commercially—that is, you must be able to legally place the works for sale on the Internet and/or in retail stores. TexasOnlineRadio.com accepts all types of music submissions. Please note that TexasOnlineRadio.com will play your demos or singles based on our agreements, either free or Featured. It’s also helpful to provide a “one sheet”: a single piece of paper or email that includes a short bio, pics, contact information, a song list—highlighting your strongest tracks as well as any that have lyrics that may be offensive, we'll pass on those—as well as a few press quotes (if you have them). music@texasonlineradio.com TexasOnlineRadio.com is a forum for music that is not widely known or available to most terrestrial station listeners. We look for material that is original and different from what we usually hear. If you are a professional or unsigned, independent and/or self-produced artist, please follow these instructions: - Send us a CD of your music. We accept electronic submissions, and after painful lessons, everything is heavily screened for viruses. We will prosecute for any malicious intent. We are looking only for wholly independent, unsigned or self-produced artists.
- Print, fill out and sign the submissions form below and be sure to follow the instructions.
- Wait. Do not write or call us. It may take up to two weeks from the time we get your music to sample of it. Or if you're using our paid services that time is cut to posting within 24 hours. We receive numerous CDs each week and listen to a sample of everything that hits our desk. However, we cannot guarantee that we will listen to your entire CD or put your music on the show if you're a Random Rotation submission.
- After we decide on specific Materials for a show, we will e-mail you as we're putting the shows together.
- Because of staff limitations, we are unable to contact everyone immediately, and we also do not return CDs. Keep backups of your work in a safe location.

One well-placed piece of tape is sufficient. You will not be graded on your scissor skills.
If your CD is in a cardboard or paper case, put the form on the back. Do not tape it directly to the cover art.
Do not send a cover letter, press release or any photos.
Please do not over-package your submission. A simple padded envelope will do. Additional tape, bubble wrap or sealed boxes make it harder for us to get to your music.
Please remove any shrink wrap from your CD.

The undersigned will indemnify and hold Ranch Road Records harmless from and against any claim, loss, or liability, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of Ranch Road Records use of the Materials as provided for in this license. The undersigned represents that he/she/it has the right to grant this license.
It is understood that Ranch Road Records and affiliated sites are internet and marketing websites, geared solely toward the artists, and pays no royalties for the addition of the Materials to their on demand programs. At no time will the Materials submitted be available for direct, free downloading unless arrangements are made and agreed to by all parties of this license.
The undersigned agrees that the license will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its choice of law rules and consents to the forum and jurisdiction of the local and federal courts located in the State of Texas.
